I have committed sodomy with my wife, we are muslim does it break up our Nikkah?

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

It is a major sin to have intercourse in the back passage.

Nabi صلى الله عليه و سلم said:

حدثنا هناد عن وكيع عن سفيان عن سهيل بن أبى صالح عن الحارث بن مخلد عن أبى هريرة قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ملعون من أتى امرأته فى دبرها  سنن أبى داود

Cursed is his who has intercourse with his wife in her back passage.

You should make sincere Tauba and refrain from such an evil act in future.

However this will not break the nikah.

And Allah knows best
