What is the Shar’ee position of Taraweeh? Do women also have to perform Taraweeh?

Answer

To perform 20 Rakaats Taraweeh is Sunnat-e-Muakkadah (emphasized Sunnat) for both males and females. (Raddul Mukhtaar vol.2 pg.43; HM Saeed)
