If one is praying salaah, and when he goes to ruku and sujud his lower back will become vissible (because of the shirt he is wearing is to short, so it flows out of his trousers...
Question
If one is praying salaah, and when he goes to ruku and sujud his lower back will become vissible (because of the shirt he is wearing is to short, so it flows out of his trousers when he bends to ruku and sujud)
Does this make the salaah invalid ? Or is it makruh tahrimi/tanzihi ?

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
If a quarter of a limb of the Aurah opens up in Salaah for the duration of a Rukn (ie. The time it takes to say three Tasbeehat), then the Salaah will be invalid. If it opened for less than that period, the Salaah will remain intact. If one intentionally opens the Aurah in Salaah, the Salaah will terminate immediately.
(كشف ربع عضو) قدر ادآء ركن بلا صنعه (من) عورة غليضة او خفيفة
(قدر ادآء ركن) قال شارحها: ذالك قدر ثلاث تسبيحات
اذا النكشف ربع عضو اقل من قدر ادآء ركن فلا تفسد اتفاقا
( قوله بلا صنعه) فلو به فسدت
