My question is if doctor forbid husband to avoid intimacy with wife for few months then can husband get his satisfaction by just rubb his sex organ uper lyr of the back of his wife and not tch the anal by any way.Actually doctor instruc me to avoid sex directly for 3 months. Please advise. Thanks with regards.

The area between the navel and the knee on both sides, back and front is prohibited during menses. You may derive comfort from your wife from above the navel and below the knees.
