Can the Jamaat join in 2 rooms?
Question
we will be performing tarawih in a house.1room has been alllocated.wat if the jamaat gets big,then can we follow the imam from the room behind the main 1 since there is a gap of just bout a saff between the last safff in the 1st room and 1st saff in the room behind it?

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh
It will be permissible for the people to make rows from the second room since there is only a distance of approximately one row. If the gap between the two rooms is too great, i.e. more than the length of two rows, the salāh of the people in that room would not be permissible.
