If you have parents in old age that do not have an income as children are you liable and allowed to pay zakaat on their jewellery and fidya for their rozas

Answer

It is permissible for children, to pay the zakat and fidya on behalf of
their parents with their consent

#7208my father owns land and he has not yet distributed among his children. He told us to pay zakat for our share of the land. There is no income from this land should i have to pay zakat on such land
