Distributing an estate

Question

My grandfather died in 2003, he had two sons and four daughters at that time, within the next year two of his daughters were also deceased, I wanted to ask that how would his property or the earning from the property be devided. JAZAKALLAH

Distributing an estate is an extremely delicate issue. We would appreciate if you could provide us with a detail explanation regarding the heirs. Was your grandmother alive at the time of your grandfather’s death? Did the daughters of your grandfather have any children or husbands at the time of their death? Please elaborate and provide a detail explanation.
