My husband gave me 3 Talaqs without meaning it
Question
i would like to know if your husband in anger says talaaq talaaq talaaq i divorce you in front of my sister as a witness...am i divorced......... if so and if i dont want it or he didnt mean it after what should we do next or what will happen now as my status with him.

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
If a husband says to his wife “talaq talaq talaq I divorce you”, then three irrevocable talaq’s (Tallaq e Mughallaza) will take place. It is not permissible for the spouses to live as husband and wife.

صريحه ما استعمل فيه خاصة ولا يحتاج إلى نية وهو أنت طالق ومطلقة وطلقتك وتقع بكل منها واحدة رجعية وإن نوى أكثر
الفتاوى الهندية - (ج 1 / ص 506)
وإن كان الطلاق ثلاثا في الحرة وثنتين في الأمة لم تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره نكاحا صحيحا ويدخل بها ثم يطلقها أو يموت عنها كذا في الهداية ولا فرق في ذلك بين كون المطلقة مدخولا بها أو غير مدخول بها كذا في فتح القدير ويشترط أن يكون الإيلاج موجبا للغسل وهو التقاء الختانين هكذا في العيني شرح الكنز أما الإنزال فليس بشرط للإحلال
