Question

How would the estate of Miss. Muslim be distributed?

The details are as follows:

She is a spinster – never married and no children.

None of her parents/uncles/aunts are living.

She has one brother (Share the same father & mother) and 5 step brothers (only 2 living) & 5 step sisters (all living) (Share the same father but different mothers with the step siblings)

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

The real brother sharing the same mother and father will inherit the entire estate. The step brothers and sisters will not inherit.
