The boy's mother has fed milk to the girl when the girl was less than 2 year old. The girl is the daughter of maternal uncle of boy. Can the boy marry girl's younger sister?

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh  

Yes, it is permissible for the boy to marry the girl’s younger sister (ie his foster sister’s sister) as long as she did not breast feed from the boy’s mother. (Al-Hidaya, vol 2, pg 351,Shirkiyya / Fatawaa Rahimiyya, vol 8, pg 251, Dar Al-Isha’at)  

ويجوز أن يتزوج الرجل بأخت أخيه من الرضاع لأنه يجوز أن يتزوج بأخت أخيه من النسب وذلك مثل الأخ من الأب إذا كانت له أخت من أمه جاز لأخيه من أبيه أن يتزوجها (الهداية,2\351)
