Is my Nikah intact?

Question

i wanto to ask, if there was a fight between husband and wife and the wife told the husband i want to get divorce and he said yes, is that count as 1 talaq, if so do we have to perform niqa again?

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

The husband responding yes to your request does not constitute divorce. Your nikah is intact.
