Money won through lottery

Question

i want to ask a simple question. any money won through lottery , prize bonds or similiar schemes is halal or haram?

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

Lottery is haram. Any money won through a lottery is haram. In order for us to issue a ruling prize bonds schemes, kindly explain the rules of the scheme.
