Referring to Allah being above

Question

If a woman says that ALLAH is above or who ALLAH gives the earning of human is above is these words are KUFAR or any woman who says this type of words that ALLAH is seeing every thing from above or setting above is type of KUFAR words such woman who says this has relaesd from ISLAM and also her nikah is broken too ?????

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh

Allah is above time and place. He is not confined to any time or any place.

However, when one refers to Allah as being above, it is an expression of respect. Such a statement does not take a person out of the fold of Islam.
