How do I convert Georgian dates to Islamic Dates?

Answer

As a general rule, the Islamic year (lunar calendar) is eleven days shorter
than the gregorian calendar. In approximately, 33 gregorian years, 1 Islamic
year is added.

However, there are computer programs now available which calculates the
equivalent Hijri date for a given Gregorian date.
