As per my knowledge, ladies can wear attractive garments and jewelleries for the satisfaction of her husband. Is it allowed for young woman to wear shinning cloths (Garment) in public?.

It is not permissible for young women to wear attractive clothing in public. Clothing having a shine and glitter falls under attractive clothing.
