Can men use cream to remove unwanted hair?
Question
Dear Imam sb, Pls advise as i heard that removing unwanted here for men is prohibted throug creams etc and men can use only razor, also inform what is orders for men

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh
It is permissible fro men to remove unwanted hair by means of creams and other hair removing agents. (Hindiyyah vol.44 pg.24)
الفتاوى الهندية - (ج 44 / ص )24
وَفِي الْإِبْطِ يَجُوزُ الْحَلْقُ وَالنَّتْفُ أَوْلَى وَيَبْتَدِئُ فِي حَلْقِ الْعَانَةِ مِنْ تَحْتِ السُّرَّةِ وَلَوْ عَالَجَ بِالنُّورَةِ فِي الْعَانَةِ يَجُوزُ كَذَا فِي الْغَرَائِبِ . .
