Can i talk to my Fiance while being engaged?
Question
I have been engaged to my cousin by my family in june; the nikah has not been Performed yet. As I live in Doha and she lives in Kashmir, we taik to each other on phone. I just want to know if I can talk to her and express my love for her, we don't even touch the realm of sex.

It is not permissible to talk to the person you are engaged to even if the nature of the discussion is general. You may conduct a search on our site for answers to similar queries to understand the harms and dangers of doing so.
