I would like to know if I am allowed to burry my wife even if her father and brothers arealive and at the funeral. Can I go into the kabr and burry her?

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh

It is permissible for a husband to bury his wife in the presence of her father and brothers. (Fatawaa Rahimiyyah, vol 5, pg 65)
