Is it kufar to regard Mutta as halal?
As subhun nuri mukhtasir al quduri page 120.
Kanzul da qaiq page 120 baab e nikah also says to hold muta as halal is kufar.

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh

There is ijmaa on the prohibition of muta. Ijmaa is regarded to be an absolute proof in shariah to go against an absolute prohibition and regard it as halal is kufr.
