Is it permissible for a person to open a business in the vicinity of a casino?

Question

Is it permissible for a person to open a business in the vicinity of a casino? The business is separate and part of a kids and entertainment area. Its customers are the kids and families who visit this entertainment centre. It represents that of a shopping mall but adjacent to that casino.

Answer

It is not advisable to open a business in such an area.
