I wants to know how can i get forgiveness from God

Question

I wants to know how can i get forgiveness from God ,what i have done was .i have done istakhara which country would be best for me (germany.UK,or pakistan ) to live in ,It comes pakistan my home country but still i left it . i am very worried i will get punishment from God doing this how can i seek forgiveness.

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

There is no sin in going against Istikhara.
And Allah knows best
