Her mother fed me her (milk) in my child hood. now i want to know can i marry with her by islamic order

Question

I want to ask a question related my marriage, I love a girl, she is my cousin in relation, But the problem which i want to discuss is that Her mother fed me her (milk) in my child hood. now i want to know can i marry with her by islamic order ??

Answer

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

If the girl’s mother breast fed you, then she is your foster mother and her daughter is your foster sister. You cannot marry her.
