What is the ruling with regards to a wife's husband.....

Question

What is the ruling with regards to a wife's husband being a mahram for the wife's sister and mother for Umrah. Will they be allowed to make Umrah with the husbands parents and wive's mum sister together??

Answer

The wife’s husband is a Mahram for his wife’s mother (mother in law). The wife’s husband is not a Mahram for his wife’s sister (sister in law). The sister in law cannot travel for Umrah with the brother in law even though her mother is travelling with.
