My brother got namzat(engaged) and now he is half hearted, it is been nearly a month

My brother got namzat(engaged) and now he is half hearted, it is been nearly a month. one day he comes and says okay carry on im going get married and than the next day he is all upset and says delay it and so on. He cant make up his mind, he comes and says that may allah kill me and so on, when he goes to work he comesback upset with headaches and so on, we think that he has been nazared(evil eye), or jadu on him has occured.moulana we ask you to make dua for us and for him that he gets better and that he makes a final desicion that he will marry this muslim girl from a very modest humble family and that allah makes his khair in this and can you please give as a dua for the jadu and for the nazar and for the easiness of desicion making.
