He recieved visitors non muslim who came to sleep over during the Ramadaan . They are drinking wine and whisky every night.

Question

Asalamoualaykoum Mufti ,

I would like to know my position in the folowing problem . I am living with my uncle who is also muslim.  He recieved visitors non muslim who came to sleep over during the Ramadaan . They are  drinking  wine and whisky every night.

1-He allows them to sleep over while him he is trying to avoid them by travelling  out of the country.

2. he knows that they are  drinking.

3. Is there any sin on me ?

4. What kind of sin is he commiting by leaving them drinking in his house during Ramadaan?

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu

Your uncle is assisting his non-Muslim visitors. He will be rewarded for that. He is not committing a sin if his non-Muslim visitors drink wine and whisky in his house.
