my question is that i had my periods for 5 days then i did ghusal and started salat and fasting also.

my question is that i had my periods for 5 days then i did ghusal and started salat and fasting also.but after 7 days my bleeding started again...so i am confuse rite now cuz there was only 7 days gap between my periods and can i say my prayers and can i fast and read quran during this...can i'll be consider as paak?and i have to do ghusal every time before salat to make myself paak?

According to our understanding, the bleeding was on the 7th day after the 5 days of periods. If so the bleeding will be Istihaada. You should fast and perform your Salah. You should make Fardh Wudhu for each Fardh Salah. You can also recite the Quran with that Wudhu.
