During ovulation period (the most fertile days during month) the liquid quantity release is quite enough. Please note that this liquid release does not comes out due to sexual thoughts.

I have also read in books that it is natural that just before the start of ovulation period cervical mucus is produced and the liquid is clear and slippery like egg phase. It is not possible to control this liquid and it comes out in most fertile days. Please tell me should I change my cloth before performing prayer.
