you see circumcision is Sunnah as I Have read and i was just wondering for my wuld it be recomended to get it and if i should where should i go to get it

I Am A Recent Convert Or Revert to Islam,what ever one wishes to call it & i had a question come to my mind, you see circumcision is Sunnah as I Have read and i was just wondering for my wuld it be recomended to get it and if i should where should i go to get it that obeys the laws of Sharia as in north america its kind of hard to find a place.what are the rulings when getting a cirumcision,also i heard if one is to marry it would be benificial not only for the male but the female who is married to him would probilly perfer it.So i was wondering if you could advise me on the rulings about how to get it done and what to follow and also if  i should becase im about over 20 years of age and i dont know if You can still get it done at this age or not
