I would like to find out if it is possible to go for Hajj/Umrah with a free air ticket obtained from belonging to a loyalty programme (eg. SAA Voyager).

Question

I would like to find out if it is possible to go for Hajj/Umrah with a free air ticket obtained from belonging to a loyalty programme (eg. SAA Voyager).Where the programme allows you to earn points everytime you travel and after accumulating a certain amount of points you receive a free air ticket.Is this permissible?

Answer

It is permissible to go for Hajj with a free ticket through the voyager programme.
