Is it permisable to do sex during menses. ? If no, than what will be quffara for that?
Question
1 . Is it permisable to do sex during menses. ? If no, than what will be quffara for that?
2. huzur pak (s.a.w.) was belong to whom ? Arab, Saiyed, Qadri or Hasmi.? B’couz everyone is telling that they are belong to huzur pak(s.a.w.) family.
3. how I can perform QAZA-E-UMRI? What will be NIYAT? & should I have to pray Sunnat-e-Maukkeda also or not? Or have to pray only FARZ qaza?
4. my friend was working in Riyadh 3 yrs back, And their was time to perform HAJ. So, he also went for it by bus. But, he doesn’t have permission to enter. & at checkpost security person is checking & send back those who doesn’t have permisson letter . Now, my friend has fooled that security guard & has entered & has performed Haj. Now, is his Haj acceptable or should he has to do any QAFFARA or DUM.
5. I was married since 2 yrs but, yet, we haven’t get any good news about child. I have consult lots of doctors & our my wifes & mine reports are normal. I have also consult aalim & has pray accordingly but, yet, no result. Pl. tell me any VAJIFA so, allah will give us child

Assalamualikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu
- According to Shariah, it is prohibited to have conjugal relation with ones wife during menses. If one has done so, there is no Kaffarah. However, Rasulullah (Salalaahu Alayhi Wasallam) has advised a Sahabi to offer Sadaqah in the same situation.
- Rasulullah (Salalaahu Alayhi Wasallam) was an Arab. He belong to the clan of Banu Hashim. However, Rasulullah (Salalaahu Alayhi Wasallam) said “there is no virtue of an arab over a non arab, the most honorable among you are those who have Taqwa”. Nowadays lineage cultural backgrounds etc. have become a source of honour and pride. Many claim with much pride and passion to be from the blessed family of Rasulluah (Salalaahu Alayhi Wasallam) but it is unfortunate that their actions and appearances defy his blessed Sunnah and lifestyle. They should ponder for a moment and reflect that if indeed we are from the Family of Rasulullah Salalaahu Alayhi Wasallam, then we should adhere to his Sunnah and adopt his lifestyle.
- When making Qadha e Umri, you will make intention that I am performing the last Fajr Salaah that I had missed (Example) and thereafter the next and then the next. Qadha is only made of Fardh and not of the Sunnah.
- If he has perfomed all the rituals of Haj correctly, there is no need to offer neither Kaffarah nor Dam.
- You may recite “Rabbi la tazarni fardan wa anta khairul Waritheen” as much as possible. Wake up in the dead of night in Tahajjud Salaah and beg Allah to fulfill all your needs.
