if one or more inheritors wishes to giv up their share, how should we devide the estate?

my father left behinf 5 daughters, wife, 2 brothers and one sister. one of his brothers and his sisters has said that they do not wish to keep anything, and that we ( my mother and 5 girls) can have it. how do we devide it between my mother and ourselves, regarding each share.

Answer

If the estate is to be divided among the wife, 5 daughters and 1 brother (excluding one brother and sister), then the estate will be divided into 120 equal shares and distributed as follows: Wife receives 15 shares, Each daughter receives 16 shares and the brother receives 25 shares.
