nikah with 2 sons as witnesses, acceptable ?

Question

In an occasion, there was one divorced woman with her two young sons ( over 18 years) and another man was also there. The man said to the woman that I accept you in my Nikah against so much Mehr and the women says that it is acceptable to me and the man tells those two young sons of her who are present there that you are witness to that, Is the Nikah valid?

Answer

The Nikah is valid.
