Would it be wrong to dissect a fetal pig for a class with gloves on?

Question

In my science class, my teacher said that we would have to dissect a fetal pig. Is it haraam to touch a pig? If so, would it be wrong to dissect it if I wore gloves??

Answer

It is permissible to dissect a pig for research purposes.
