Question
I am a bachelor, I was really upset due to circumstances and said , " I give divorce ( 3 Talaaq) to any woman I marry, and i give 3 divorce even if i make nikah orally, written, by sending Mehr or by any other method.
As far as my knowledge is concerned 3 Talaaq will be effective as soon as I Marry any one. My mother is now pressing me for Nikah. Please give the detail about the subject.
Answer
According to Shariah, your statement " I give divorce………or by any other method" is valid. Therefore, it will not be permissible for you to marry any woman. (Alamghiri vol.1 Pg. 432)
However, the alternative to this predicament is that since it will not permissible for another person gets you married. That is you may inform another person that you wish to marry, that person in his own capacity may get you married without your express instruction. In this way the Nikah will be valid and it will be permissible for you to stay with that woman. (Imdaadul Fatawaa vol.2 Pg. 156)
