I am down with flu. any du'aas

Get rose water and put pure Saffron in it to make ink. Get a thin stick and use as a pensil and write the following on 40 white plates in Arabic. It could be written one a day: bismilillaahir rahmaanir raheem. Alhamdulillahi rabbil aalameen, wa sallallaahu alan nabiyyil kareem. Yaa hayyu heena laa yabqaa fiy daymoomatihi wa baqaa-ihi, yaa hayyu. Wa sallallaahu alan nabiyyil kareem’.

Let the ink dry and wash it first thing in the morning and collect the water and drink it. Repeat for 40 days.
