During Ramadan is it permissable to follow another City's timetable rather then the city you live in?

Answer

You did not explain the reason for following the timetable of another city.

If the city you live in has an abnormal situation, for example, twilight does not set and remains the entire night, then the timetable of the nearest city which experiences a normal situation should be followed. If there is another reason for following another city’s timetable, kindly explain.
