Is the prayer behind a salafi valid? Most salafi's when doing wudo wipe over there sock (not leather but cotton) or even wipe over there shoes is there wudo walid?, if not can we pray behind them?

Answer

Salaat behind a person who makes Masah over regular socks or on shoes is
invalid.
