I want to know if it`s a probblem if I write Alhamdu ALLAH,if this formula it`s good,permitted , or must write in another mode.

The correct formula is Alhamdulillah which is made up of three words – Alhamdu (all praises), Lil (is for), Allah (Allah)
and Allah Ta'ala Knows Best
