I have heard people saying that if you pick up dirt from the mosque you get a houris (women in jannat), is there such a fazail or something similar to this?

Answer

Hadhrat Abu Qursaafah (Radhiallaahu Anhu) narrates that Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, 'Removing dust particles and waste from the Masjid is the Mahr (dowry) of large eyed Hoors of Jannah.' (Tabrani; extracted from Hayaatul Muslimeen)
