Question
my first query is that is it correct to work in the citizens foundation, an NGO. my second qusetion is that can we swim in the club pool near my house where there are different families sitting outside the pool from the neighbourhood. only mens allowed inside the pool. thirdly can you tell me what is the sunnat way of tadfeen and its followup. and also in my last question you reffered to the ettiquites of marital relationship. but i could not find this on your website. Jazakallah
Answer
1) What is the function of the citizen’s foundation? If there is nothing Un-Islamic conducted by the foundation, it will be permissible to work there.
2) It is permissible to use the pool only if
a. The men do not expose their satr, the area between the navel and the knee
b. There are no females sitting around the pool
If anyone of these conditions are violated, it will not be permissible to use the pool
3) At present I am out of the country, and am only attending to selected queries. I will prepare an article on the Sunnah way of burial later.
4) The computer department of the Darul Iftah will attend to this.
