Are you allowed to read the Quran while giving milk to your child?

1. It is permissible to recite the Quran while giving milk to one’s child. This also includes breastfeeding one’s child.

2. It is not permissible to take photos of animate objects through one’s mobile phone. This is a sin and many people are negligent about this.
