I want to ask if Dr Israr Ahmed of Pakistan is an authentic Scholar and joining his jamaat (Tanzeem-e-Islami) jaiz or not

Question

I want to ask if Dr Israr Ahmed of Pakistan is an authentic Scholar and joining his jamaat (Tanzeem-e-Islami) jaiz or not. His jammat is based on bay'ah and is working for the khilafaat. Can you ELABORATE your answer by stating the reasons why his he is not authentic. Mufti Nawal ur Rehaman sb says that he is not a mustanad alim-e-deen so joining his jamaat should be avoided.

Answer

1. I personally know Mufti Nawalur Rahmaan Saheb of Chicago. He is reliable and a prominent Aalim of Deen.

2. I do not know Dr Israr Ahmed personally. I would rely on the advice offered by Mufti Nawalur Rahmaan Saheb.
