Question

1)Is food bought with haraam money rendred haraam, thus eating it, our Ibadat won't be accepted for 40 days

Answer

That food which is purchased with Haraam money is also Haraam. (Ahsanul Fataawa; from Shaami vol.8 pg.104)

#19260Q : I understand that there is a hadith that says eating haraam means ibaadat will not be accepted for 40 days. i understand that the ibaadat is accepted but the noor and barkat will be accepted. Does this mean that there is no reward for it?
