Question

hazrat moulana qassim nanowti (ra) is reported of have saying that khatumun nabeeyin doesnt mean the final prophet but means the greatest prophet. is this true

Answer

Rasulullah [sallallaahu alayhi wasallam] is indeed the greatest prophet. However, the word ‘Khatam’ means ‘seal’.

Khaatamun Nabiyyeen means the seal of the Prophets.
