Where in Quran does it say that 1-Women should stay in the confines of her home?2-Women are prohibited to speak in an alluring tone?

I am in my fourth year in the faculty of medecine,does staying at home mean that after 7 years of studying I am not allowed to work,and I should stay at home.If not,then how am I supposed to deal with male patients.Also,if I become a teacher at the faculty, how can I give a lecture in a low voice? Thank you.
