Fatwa #1302826 October 2004United States of America

Can I relate a hardship Allah has incurred on me to others with the sole intention of requesting their Du’aa? If I do this, am I being Be-Sabr (impatient) and incur the wrath of Allah s.w.t.?

Answer

This should not be done in the form of a complaint. You will not be counted as an impatient person. In fact, we should all express our helplessness, and beg of the mercy of Allah.
