If a man gives a women a written divorce then 3 talaaq's but immediatly takes it back.After 2 and half years they want to get back together what is the ruling regarding this.
Answer
If a man gave his wife three talaaqs, then it falls immediately and he cannot take it back.
The only possibility of them getting back together is in the situation where she marries another man who consumates the marriage. If this second husband later happens to divorce her, then she would be halaal for the first husband.
