I have a kidney stone problem. Can you tell me any dua to recite for the stone to break into pieces.

This is a medical problem. You require medical assistance. We therefore, suggest you consult your medical practitioner and seek his advice. Together, you should continuously make dua to Allah for your recovery. You should place your hand on the affected area and recite Surah Fatiha. Insha-Allah Allah will grant you shifa.
