Is it permissible to serve food during fasting hours in the month of Ramadan? In our Business of Internet Café?

Question

We have invested in the Business of Internet Café, which serves Internet Services and Food (Café). The place of business is in a Non-Muslim country (Burundi). 70% of our customers are is the state Musafirin (Travelers) - United Nation Staffs and Peace Keeping Forces. If we arrange so that staffs who serve food are Non-Muslim, is it permissible to serve food during fasting hours in the month of Ramadan

Answer

It is permissible to serve food to non-Muslims and travellers in Ramadhaan.
