Marrying christian who will convert to Islam?
Question
1. I?ve known Christian man , but we never been in any kind of relation , he is ready to convert to Islam so we can marry ,I told him he should convert because who want to be a muslim not just to make marriage legal , but he don?t understand my point ,please tell me what can I do ? 2. I always ask Allah to take my soul if im gonna make a sin in my life sooner or later ,is this good dua?a!!!
Answer
1. It is not permissible for a Muslim woman to marry a non-Muslim man even though he may be a Christian or Jew. The man must first accept Islam, then he may marry you.
2. Alhamdulillah, your du?aa is a reflection of your Imaan and resentment for sins.
